Attitude is Everything

I believe the single most significant decision I can make on a day-to-day basis is my choice of attitude. It is more important than my past, my education, my bankroll, my successes or failures, fame or pain, what other people think of me or say about me, my circumstances, or my position. Attitude keeps me going or cripples my progress. It alone fuels my fire or assaults my hope. When my attitudes are right, there is no barrier too high, no valley too deep, no dream too extreme, no challenge too great for me.
~ Charles Swindoll

Attitude is a choice freely made and thus we must be prepared to accept the results of that choice.  If we don't like those results we can choose to adopt an attitude that gives results we are happy with.

We who are a part of Lifting Up Lives choose an attitude which leads to success over time.  This is one of our core values and to be a part of our organization one must have an appropriate attitude.  We look for appropriate attitude, expect it to be displayed and will accept nothing less from our participants, volunteers and leadership.

The following statement sums up the actions which demonstrate this attitude.

Be real, be on time, be hopeful and above all else do the right thing because it's the right thing to do.
